Abstract

Students in the digital era face increasingly complex challenges, ranging from abundant information flow, high demands for adaptation, to the need to understand their potential more precisely. This condition makes self-awareness a crucial aspect in student development, especially to support soft skills, collaboration, and career readiness. This community service activity aims to help students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, recognize personality tendencies, understand character differences, and explore their potential through the Interactive MBTI Session. The activity was carried out offline with 39 students through the stages of initial observation, material preparation, interactive material delivery, group discussions, self-reflection, and activity evaluation. Data were collected through participant observation and a four-point scale-based evaluation questionnaire. The results of the activity showed that 94.9% of participants stated a better understanding of their personality type after attending the session, 100% of participants considered the material easy to understand, 100% considered the material interesting, 100% understood that everyone has a different character, and 100% were interested in exploring their potential and character more deeply. These findings indicate that the Interactive MBTI Session is effective as an initial medium to increase students' self-awareness, encourage acceptance of personality diversity, and foster self-development motivation.
