JIPMAS: Journal of Community Service ensures long-term preservation and access to all published content through the following archiving policies:

  1. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, allowing them to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.

  2. Institutional Repositories
Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional or subject-based repositories, in accordance with the journal’s open access policy and CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

  3. Internet Archive and Other Platforms
All published articles are archived and indexed on the Internet Archive and may also be stored on platforms such as Garuda, DOAJ, or other relevant databases to ensure continued accessibility.

  4. OJS System Backup
Regular backups of the journal's content are maintained using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to prevent data loss and ensure quick recovery in case of technical issues.

These archiving strategies ensure that the scholarly content of JIPMAS remains accessible and preserved for the long term.
