Abstract
Empowering female lecturers is a crucial component in improving the quality of human resources in higher education. One aspect often overlooked is self-confidence, which is linked to professional appearance. This community service activity aims to increase the self-confidence and productivity of female lecturers through the socialization of personal color analysis. The methods used were counseling, interactive training, and hands-on practice in identifying personal color that matches an individual's character. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of personal color and increased self-confidence in their appearance. Consequently, participants became better prepared to carry out academic activities professionally. This activity is expected to become an innovative empowerment model for developing the capacity of female lecturers.
