Peer Review Process
6. Peer Review and Editorial Responsibilities
6.1 Peer Review Policy
The Multidisciplinary Reviews operates a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and fairness.
All manuscripts are first screened by the Editor-in-Chief for scope, originality, and quality. Suitable manuscripts are then assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers.
The Editor is solely responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts. The Editor’s decision is final.
6.2 Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers must:
-
Evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially.
-
Avoid personal criticism of authors.
-
Declare any potential conflict of interest.
-
Refrain from sharing or discussing manuscripts with third parties.
-
Provide constructive feedback aimed at improving the quality of the paper.
Any suspicion of plagiarism, data fabrication, or ethical misconduct must be immediately reported to the editor.
6.3 Reviewer Recommendations
Authors may suggest potential reviewers during submission.
The editorial team will verify that suggested reviewers have no conflicts of interest with the authors or their institutions.
Authors may also request the exclusion of certain reviewers; such requests will be considered where they do not compromise the impartial evaluation of the manuscript.
