Abstract

The aim of this studythen the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Misiliana Toraja Utara hotel. The independent variable in this study is work discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The total number of employees at Hotel Misilian Rantepao Toraja Utara is 96 people, which is the population of this study, then all members of the population are used as samples, so that the sample of this study is 96 samples. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis of percentages, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the research show descriptively, that with good work discipline will give good performance.
