Analisis Kualitas Produk Smartphone Vivo dan Oppo

This research aims to find out how much influence brand image, product quality and product design have on consumer purchasing decisions. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents which were distributed to consumers of Oppo and Vivo brand smartphones. The collected data was then processed using IBM SPSS Version 26 until valid data results were obtained. However, based on data obtained from research results distributed through questionnaires, it shows that quality has a very positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
