Literasi Digital sebagai Pendorong Workforce Agility pada UMKM di Makassar

Transformasi digital telah mengubah secara mendasar lanskap persaingan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di negara-negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana literasi digital berperan sebagai pendorong kelincahan tenaga kerja (workforce agility) pada UMKM di Kota Makassar, Indonesia, dengan memberikan perhatian khusus pada persepsi pemilik usaha dan karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi yang melibatkan 18 informan yang dipilih secara purposif dari berbagai sektor UMKM, termasuk kuliner, fesyen, ritel, dan jasa profesional. Analisis tematik dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana (2020) dan menghasilkan empat tema utama, yaitu: (1) literasi digital sebagai kompetensi multidimensional, (2) peningkatan kelincahan kerja melalui pemanfaatan alat dan platform digital, (3) hambatan dan faktor pendukung adopsi digital dalam organisasi, serta (4) peran mediasi orientasi kepemimpinan dalam transformasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja yang memiliki tingkat literasi digital yang lebih baik cenderung menunjukkan kapasitas adaptasi yang lebih tinggi, fleksibilitas lintas fungsi yang lebih kuat, serta perilaku pemecahan masalah yang lebih proaktif. Namun demikian, hubungan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh visi digital pemilik usaha, budaya pembelajaran organisasi, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur digital yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan memperluas pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara literasi digital dan kelincahan tenaga kerja dalam konteks UMKM di Indonesia Timur, yang masih relatif kurang mendapat perhatian dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Implikasi manajerial menunjukkan bahwa program peningkatan keterampilan digital yang terarah, didukung oleh iklim organisasi yang kondusif, dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kelincahan tenaga kerja dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis.
