Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Gowa Regency National Land Office. The independent variable in this research is training while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in the study were all civil servants at the Gowa Regency National Land Office. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.00 for Windows. The research results show that training (X) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) because training has a positive influence on employee performance. In this case, this means that the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.
